the place was clean, i booked the double room with sea views, everything was nice. there where a mini bar fridge, a sofa bed, and an electronic key card in the room, liked that.

The young boy at the reception seemed unfriendly and lacked the essential cute touch one would expect. The buffet was overcrowded and the food options were subpar, leading to a frustrating start to my stay.

The rooms were decent size, with a mini bar, multi-channel TV, and a writing table, exceptionally comfortable bed. The service was attentive and the location was great and gorgeous. Had tea and goodies at Restaurant Andrine, nestled 1 mi of the hotel...
The breakfast itself was cold, can be far better.

This hotel is nice, and has everything I need, relaxing pools, a great spa, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me find a lost earring on my first stay. Highly recommend visiting during off-peak times!

Excellent food, friendly service and spectacular view of the lake. Beautiful, a decent size room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns. Location - amazing and fantastic, just next door to a picturesque part Norway overlooking the magnificence mountains and the Nortthfjord area of Norway. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Zamzam Well.
